Good afternoon -

The dedicated employees at Spector once again proved why Spector is a leader in the industry. We recently had a large pen order with a rather quick turn and Randi Dresher and Ana Curado came through and made everything work. Inventory for the item was in question (10,000 units were needed) along with production time (2 color imprint in 1 location), but Randi and Ana worked magic on their end and everything was delivered on time and I'm sure in perfect condition. With virtual proof requests as well as paper proof requests, 10,000 units with a 1 location 2 color imprint were produced in a little over 4 business days once all of the approvals were received.

The customer had actually given this order to another distributor but had been told by that distributor they could not fill the order for some reason. Spector allowed us to shine in our customer's eyes and that would not have been possible without Randi, Ana and all the behind the scenes people at Spector!

Thanks again and I look forward to working with everyone again on future projects!

I was just writing to tell you what a superb job Ana Curado did in handling my order
(It ships today, so the job remains unfinished until my client takes possession, but
what I say applies up until this point).

I am somewhat new to this aspect of advertising and although I have been doing it for
some time now, I have found few sales reps as responsive and diligent as Ana was in
handling this order. She worked late to get me virtual proofs done and was very helpful
in all our communications. I would like to commend her on a job well done- obviously
before I can say that with certainty, I must make sure product is correct and in-hands
on time. That said, I see no reason why there should be any fowl-ups as Ana made sure
to verify every detail with me and responded to my changes/inquires/client requests
quickly and thoroughly.

Regardless of what happens going forward, she has been very helpful to this point as
well as being kind and pleasant to deal with so I wanted her superiors to know that.
Take care and please commend Ana for a job well done so far (If the the logo came out
perfect, there are no shipping delays and there are no other production errors she gets
an A+ for sure).

I wanted to tell you a story about Spector & Co. After you came in a couple of weeks ago, I placed an order with them for 150 Travel wallets. After placing the order, my client changed the shipping address and dated needed which required that we ship it to Las Vegas for a Sat. Delivery. I called and then sent Randi and email to this effect. She responded and indicated that it would not be an issue.

I called the day prior to shipment day and was again told that everything was going as planned. The date for shipment was 5/29/08 and I called and received tracking numbers. I could not track the package until the next day and did not track it until my client emailed me AFTER lunch my time. I tracked it and found that UPS was showing a delivery date of Monday the 2nd of June. After speaking with Randi about the situation, she indicated that her shipping guy was sure it was shipped correctly. Spector and I called UPS and they could not be sure it would deliver on Sat. as required. Randi then took things into her own hands and ask that 150 more be reproduced and shipped them after 6 p.m. eastern time and it arrived on the 31st as required.

After the fact the UPS package showed up on Sat. as well, but, without knowing, Randi took care of us. All I can do is say thank you and send you all of the business that I can in the future. The lack of Quality Customer Service with in this industry is appalling. The Customer Service that Randi and her team exhibited was outstanding and I want to make sure you know and can pass along to her boss what a wonderful job she and her group did to make this a success story.
