I wanted to tell you how overwhelming it is to have such a great team to fall back on when we need help. Paola I am sure by now you are aware that Sara went above and beyond last night to save our companies butt!!!

Yesterday we found out that a product we ordered from a company wasn’t going to arrive in time for an event. The item was something you don’t carry otherwise you would have had the order and it would have been safely in our hands days ago.

After we closed last night I called Paola to see if she could secure printing of 1500 pens today to have them air shipped today and delivered tomorrow. Paola was gone but Sara wasn’t and she took my call…thank you for that!!! We had other suppliers who could send us blank product but that wasn’t what was needed. On the off chance, you could help I called to see if we could get some pens…I know… fat chance of anyone being able to help us in any way…well…you came through!!! Kudos to your fabulous team!!! I can’t tell you how happy I am to have a supplier we can count on! Every chance I get I sell Spector product…I am sure you have seen our numbers starting to climb since Gerry started visiting us last year (it might have been the year before I have only been in the industry for 3 years) and hopefully they will continue to rise!!! Thank you for suppling the best pens…thank you for the amazing service…thank you for everything you do and everything you help with!!!

I just tell you Tanya, that Nathalie and Paul are wonderful employees. Marie also really helped me out before as well. All three are very efficient and very friendly.

Paul really saved the day for me recently. I got an order last week for 68 of your Waterproof speakers with an event date of November 28 and I forgot to place the order. I have been sick and thought I put it in but didn’t . When I called on Tuesday (15th) to check status, I learned that I hadn’t placed it yet!! Oh my gosh, I thought I was going to miss event….but that wonderful Paul pulled it off and got it shipped today! We had done virtuals so we didn’t need to proof, just run and ship.

I am very happy with the service that I have received from Spector…and will do more business with you in the near future. I do have another order for 500 of your G3007 pens, waiting for SDSU purchase order before getting started. I had sent the client several catalogs and she wasn’t sure which catalog the pen came from but she said “you know, the one with the dog in it”….so I knew it was yours… Good idea having that cute pouch in the catalog (just letting you know).

In this world where customer service seems to be a dying art, I’m glad it’s still alive and well at Spector!!

I just wanted to forward some comments i got today when meeting with Coop université de Sherbrooke. The guys at this account had only nice things to say about you and the service you are giving them. They said it is a 10/10 and that you make problems disappear and always have solutions for them. They also said they never feel like they are bothering you and you are always so sweet and patient on the phone. They appreciate how quickly you get back to them and are reassured by the p.k you have and your ability to give them all the answers they are looking for. They said we have the best customer service in the industry and that working with you has been amazing.

I wanted to take this opportunity to extend a heart felt thank you to Spector & Company for the handling of our last (very complicated) order. I reached out to Mark Chipchase (your rep in our area) who has been a trusted friend to our company for over 15 years. He connected me to Makeida Calliste at Spector. Ms. Calliste was unbelievable to work with! Always prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, she went through the entire process with me. She gave me options that fit our budget, sent out samples that arrived in time for the meetings, gave me quotes usually within the hour, responded to emails quickly, followed up with every single question that I had (which were numerous).

Never once, did she come across like I was an aggravation. I know this was a good order for both of us but, with so many ins and outs, it definitely tested my patients. Ms. Calliste however, never seemed to panic. She had her ducks in a row to say the least. Ms. Calliste is a fantastic ambassador to your company and a great representation of what a customer service rep SHOULD be. I don't know what you all are doing over there but, whatever training you are using absolutely worked with Ms. Calliste.

We have another good order that I am placing in the next week or so and I will be sending it directly to Makeida. Your products are awesome but, I've got to say, your customer service (Ms. Calliste) is even better!!

I just wanted to share with you how pleased I am with the help that Tracy O just provided me. She saved a $Xk order in 5 minutes. I was freaking out because stock had run out on my order and she was amazing. She quickly came through with a replacement that was a better model and same sale price. She then gave me bullet point reasons to give my customer why this was a better option. I did not have to even mention the out of stock issue to my customer. When I was panicking Tracy came through in a big way. She's really solidified my loyalty to Spector & Co.

It is good to know the speakers are in your warehouse and waiting to soon be sent to our client for their 12/15 in hands date. I want to thank you for your guidance with this order’s screen print vs laser. I also want to say how helpful and responsive John Rex Papagayo has been throughout this order process. He has been great with keeping us updated and even sending some pictures of the speakers once in your warehouse! Just wanted to let you know how great Tracy has been. My client changed the art SO MANY times that I was getting very frustrated, but Tracy was great and just kept sending virtuals and had them done very quickly. She’s a great inside rep and responds so quickly!

You appear to have several efficient, thoughtful team members seeing your orders through. I know, we all do, and most of the time they are invisible to the customer. I liked that I could actually see that those along the way wanted to produce a quality product.
