• Incomplete orders must be resubmitted.
• 1 color / 1 location only.
• Catalog quantities.
• No personalization.
• Not available on spec samples, gift sets, combos, 4 color process or digital imprints.
• Exact quantity orders are not eligible.
• Orders are subject to credit approval and stock availability.
• No paper proofs will be offered.
• No modifications accepted.
• Standard refills and packaging (non-decorated packaging only).
• Maximum of 3 different ship-to addresses.
